As for specific pages I often times need a new IP, but it's very leaves, each time rebooting the router I have my times in the infinite vastness of the Internet on a search made for a tool that does this.

There must be only "transmit status information about UPnP" enabled and the box of 'fritz.box' be reached.
Already you can simply run the "reconnect.exe" and got a new connection to the Internet.
