phpBB3 and the "almost-gold"

It is almost done and so the developers explain that now seemed to the previous version of phpBB 3 Olympus hopefully last previous version.

The current release with the number 5 should still be thoroughly investigated by the community on security issues, before heading to the final version.

phpBB Olympus, the final coming up!

Now it follows almost blow for blow, because is less than a week before the second The highly anticipated release candidate of version 3.0 released by phpBB.

In this new version of the Olympus, the code name of the new version, which fixes errors in particular, which have been reported by users of RC1.

phpBB from Mount Olympus

New version of phpBB
Now it is almost ready and the developments of the new phpBB version codenamed "Olympus" has been completed.

The most recent and can be downloaded at phpbb.com especially now public, and supported version. Even a German language pack is almost done.

The most important innovations to the last beta version is the first thing the new style called "prosilver" on. Also, the admin interface has been completely color-Revised. Were a few other bugs that have been recognized since Beta 5, fixed.

Another important change is the existing converter that brings a phpBB forum on the current 2.0 3.0Version. Whether this error is already open, I could not test it yet.

phpBB Olympus Update

A little late, but I've now finally got my phpBB3 Beta update.

This time it went straight from Beta to Beta 2 4

The most important change is clearly the conversion to Unicode (UTF-8) to see, besides the foundation stones were laid for a simplified update script, which was even with the update from Beta 3 to Beta 4 for supporting.

For all of the English language are not as powerful it is now even a German language file eindeutscht upon installation everything.
