Internet problems, restructuring and holiday

Since I am recently moved, had to suffer my blog something. Moving to the normal stress, but then came the still, both the T-Com and 1 & 1, let "some" time has (almost 1.5 months) was also up DSL again available.

Therefore, until now there has no new posts, with a modem, it is now blogging shit again.

For this purpose, it was recently still haywire at my sides.

Firstly my vserver debt, whose Apache after the update was deemed necessary after about 2min to accept any new connections. (The problem is still not found)

As a consequence, I moved with my blog and all antibody-snatcher.de projects on a stable basis in order here to ensure accessibility.

DLink 360-T: router, HTTP server and DHCP in a

From current events, I would now like to summarize again all about the DLink 360-T.

The data for the telnet login, user "root" and password "admin". You should change this but as soon as possible via the web interface.

Modem as a router

  1. Ye logged into a web interface of the modem and provides a data connection with the pppoe connection. Then give one your connection and removes the Hacken at "On Demand" (not going to the modem).
  2. Now on Status-> Connection status and dial.
  3. Now you log onto via telnet and give
    route default netmask 0.0.0.0 dev ppp0
    one.
  4. Now you should always take the easy as the gateway IP of the DSL modem and the DNS server of your provider.

Port shares one can now easily perform using "iptables". Our example shows the eMule ports:

DHCP server

  1. Ye logged via telnet to the modem
  2. Go to the directory / var / tmp and have here is the file where all records relating to udhcpd.conf the DHCP server are made.
  3. To change the configuration it just puts one udhcpd.conf from the network and then brings them to you via wget on the modem.

Here is my example:

own HTTP server

  1. Is it any wonder again simply log in via telnet.
  2. Now enter "ps" and "thttpd" services out looking to shoot and kill by.
  3. Now you create a new directory (mkdir "/ var / tmp / www /") and starts the server with
    /usr/sbin/thttpd -g -d /var/tmp/www -u root -p 80
    back.
  4. Now you can put it in / var / tmp / www / your HTML files.

To have a way to perform all changes automatically when you start to today, I found yet unfortunately.

Web server & DHCP on DLink 360T

And during the last week I was once again a few times and have long since seen, what to do with my old DSL modem can start all over everything, and lo and behold, it is a true multifunction device ;-).

where the first two lines for the IP range available, the next award for permanent, inter-fold describes the interface, optical router is the gateway, dns opt the DNS server and the rest no plan ;-). When should you lease_file specify the path to the file containing the IP assignment is stored.
And now you can start again with the DHCP simple: "udhcpd / var / tmp / udhcpd.con"

Then what I thought, maybe if you can not spend his private pages instead of the web interface, which also works perfectly. Simply using "ps-a" to seek "httpd" service and ending with "kill".
Then restart the Web server as "/ usr / sbin / thttpd-g-d / var / tmp / www-u root-p-c / cgi-bin /". Where "/ var / tmp / www /" directory where the HTML files can be stored.

PHPBB and 2 Mbit

It's finally the 2Mbit line is connected ;-). This means means more suck h3h3. Well what is not so great, that I've www.beta-Tests.net shot by a category I've cleared away and threw the forum. Currently I'm still working on the restoration, which is designed to date are as expected. If everything does not help I need to stop everything from scratch set up a backup is still there ;-).
Work on the class homepage have also begun www.the-elfte.de.vu . How much do you see in the near future :-(. Well first of all have announced today is party.

Finally back in power

Juhu I can finally do what the Internet ... again.

Since penultimate Friday I had in fact no more internet and it took 4 technicians Telekom until everything was running again, but from now on everything is just better than before:). From now on, I happen to also own a 2Mbit line (previously 1) and a flat rate (5120 MB / month before). There was therefore already updates on Fun-and beta-Synchro.de Tests.net, but both only in the script.

New DSL modem

So I'm against my old modem swapped from my buddy and had the first configuration, therefore gabs no recent updates. The modem is a DLink DSL-360T with the latest Fireware. In the beginning, only the bridge function worked really useful, but over time I've discovered more and more features and is now my Inet sohalb again, but start at the beginning.

The DHCP server of the modem is totally bugged. It is only normal IPs from the specified range, but once you get to the Internetconnectet its Internet IP, that is no longer a connection with other computers in the network. So first DHCP.

When can browse the Internet, I realized then that you connect to the modem via telnet and then tried to configure Sun

On the 360T is a Linux-based operating system, which with a little Linux knowledge and a little adjustment period is actually quite handy.

Respect for the modem has a READ-ONLY FILE SYSTEM

My current configuration looks like this.
In the Webadmin connection data set for a PPPOE connection (note, not anhacken "On Demand", otherwise is not the Internet;)). (As on Demand works I try to find out even just frantically.)
Then click Status -> Connection status and dial.
Now log in via telnet and "route default netmask 0.0.0.0 dev ppp0" command.
Now you can the "iptables" ports even more direct, etc. (just as with NEM Linux Router;)).

The Windows client now simply as:
IP 192.168.1 .*
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (router)

and DNA of your provider.
(Also available under Status -> System Log -> primary DNS address *.*.*.*
secondary DNS address *.*.*.*)

The problem until now is still the only one stop, every time you connect to "route" and the minute you enter must. once every 24 hours in the webadmin need to connect to restart.
