It will be exciting!

After four days I was away and now I could relax a bit from the online life I lived here once a nice surprise ...

So had to leave a user with the name "print man," something one other post in the forum, but read for yourself:

Okay, but what can you do if another webmaster complaining, really watch how he does it. Your so great FTP server has proven itself as a free FTP server to which everyone can be on your mood uppen Stuff. Your such a great script is a finished script, which was only slightly adapted, and in general is the navigation on the page rather confusing.

As you can see once again how little such posts make for oneself, the only beneficiary of this thing are just the users that can now drag our synchros via FTP.

Otherwise, today was actually a very quiet day. It has been a lot of new content on Synchro.de fun and I got the latest snapshot of phpBB 3.0 Daily filled and thus equal to iron out the mistakes in the forum. Secondly, I'm now starting with fun Synchro.de in the research phase and distributed nicely links to the site.

Manuals, errors and relaxation

Today I even found time on the side -www.body snatcher.ath.cx update a little, hence there is now a different structure, which is based on subdomains, so I can better distribute the traffic. About the thttpd web server can easily be implemented subdomains, but you have to reboot the server each time it creates a new, or was linked to an existing folder on the clears. Something is obviously not in the manual, but have found out ego after all.

Also completed is also body-snatcher.ath.cx, as the last page, equipped with a sitemap been.

But again today I finally got WordPress to the fact that Akismet plugin installed here. This is an anti-spam plugin, which checks the comments made here are based on a central database and filtered out. The installation was fairly simple, but for my taste a little too long. There has so far worked perfectly and this blog should not be more victims of large spam attacks.

Little addendum to FritzBox

As for specific pages I often times need a new IP, but it's very leaves, each time rebooting the router I have my times in the infinite vastness of the Internet in search made for a tool that does this.

After a long search I then came across this tool which does not even need the FritzDSL Telnet software.

There must be only "status information transmitted via UPnP" is enabled and the box on 'fritz.box' be reached.

Already you can just run the "reconnect.exe" and got a new connection to the Internet.

A little bit of time!

Since it was my privilege once again a little today to concern myself with the codes and update, I wanted to inform you about all the new times.

Perhaps the most interesting thing is that I have found the time to enter many new synchros, files and Mirrors on Fun-Synchro. Furthermore, there is work on the script, of course, be preceded the UCP is done, you have only once been tested extensively and provided with the necessary assurances. In addition, just a "program" designed to test the links, so that there no longer are so many mirrors that are offline.

Moreover, today the Orion software in all forums, run with it was brought up to date (2.2.4). The patch is of course as always, from the Orion forum to be loaded, but the operators know that their self-determined best.

Even the phpBB 3.0 has been brought up to date, with the eagerly anticipated feature of mine, namely the Jabber support, unfortunately, is not yet finished, but as the saying goes, "Anticipation is the greatest joy."

At last I've finally done it now my wordpress to version 2.0.2 and should now have to bring my side of my web hosts offer little surface ;-). Obtain the update is here .
