So I have my old modem to the swapped from my buddy and had the first configuration, therefore gabs no updates lately. The modem is a DLink DSL-360T with the latest Fireware. In the beginning, only the bridge function worked really make sense, but in the course of time I've discovered more and more features, and my Inet is now sohalb again, but first from the front.
The DHCP server of the modem is buggy total. He is only normal IPs from the specified range, but once you get to the Internetconnectet its internet IP, that is no longer a connection with other computers in the network. So: first from DHCP.
When can browse the Internet, I realized then that you connect to the modem via telnet and then tried to configure Sun
The 360T is a Linuxbasierendes operating system, which with a little Linux knowledge and a small adjustment period is actually quite handy.
Respect for the modem to a read-only filesystem
My current configuration looks like this.
In Webadmin the connection set for PPPOE connection (Note, not cling "On Demand", or is not the Internet;)). (How on Demand works I try to find even just desperately out.)
Then on Status -> Connection Status and dial.
Now log in via Telnet and "route default netmask 0.0.0.0 dev ppp0 run.
Now you can the "iptables" still further forward ports, etc. (as in NEM ROUTER Linux halt;)).
For Windows clients now simply as:
IP 192.168.1 .*
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1 (router)
and DNS of your provider.
(Are also under Status -> System Log -> primary DNS address *.*.*.*
secondary DNS address *.*.*.*)
The problem so far is only the one stop every time you connect to "route type" and must be min. every 24 hours even in the Webadmin need to connect to reboot.

Today, I just look for something some time back on phpbb2.de rum and how it would be expected too, I once again no longer the latest version of phpbb;). Well, the initial treatment of the code is run without complications (even once came into contact with a mod). Today I finally got my second Domain * smile *. So that I can in the next few days then finally start my projects to larger audiences.
